Wayne Stevens, the purported husband of Lindsay Lohan‘s assault accuser Tiffany Mitchell, is no stranger to being accused of being violent himself: According to a Florida court filing (above), he was charged for “Domestic Battery” in February 2007.
That’s in addition to a few traffic violations, including driving with an expired drivers license, improper lane change, and speeding.
And Tiffany’s no stranger to breaking the law herself: As gossipdavid.com previously exclusively reported, she was previously busted in Florida for careless driving and driving without a drivers license.
Last week Wayne — whose wife has surprisingly retained lawyer Gloria Allred and was spotted meeting with her in NYC on Friday — told ABC News of the alleged interaction between Lindsay and his wife: “I don’t even know why [Lindsay] pushed her. And we didn’t realize who it even was. Five minutes later, she comes around and tells my wife, ‘If I need space,’ and then she just punched her.”
