The Real Housewives of Vancouver was busily shooting scenes for its second season — which will air next year — this past week in Vancouver, with the twittersphere buzzing with sightings.
The shooting is happening amidst fallout from Reiko Mackenzie‘s revelation that the mother-of-two has separated from her husband, and while Jody Claman tears into enemy Mary Zilba on Twitter.
On Oct. 10, the above photo of Jody and Ronnie Negus (the outspoken, I’ll-say-what-I-want mom, who enjoys her wine A LOT, but admitted last season to a previous rehab stint) was taken by a passer-by in Vancouver, who wrote, “Thanks for blowing me a kiss earlier today ladies! Nice seeing you in Gastown! @RonnieNegus @JodyClaman”
But it wasn’t all air kisses and pleasantries. One fellow coffee house patron tweeted Oct. 10, “Planned on a quiet study sesh at Coffeebar in Gastown but RHOV is filming. Their voices are more shrill in person.”

But the best tweet came from an employee of where a scene was being shot on Oct. 9. “Real housewives of Vancouver filming at work…. Uh ok.”

Then the employee relayed a request she received from Ronnie: “So Ronnie just came up to me and asked if I have a curling iron… What the fuck? 1. I’m at work 2. Your hair is perfect.. What a joke.”
