LeAnn Rimes Cancels Concert Over ‘Massive’ Dental Infection 2

LeAnn Rimes is having a rough few weeks on the health front.

She cancelled a show over the weekend, following what she described as a “massive infection.”

“I feel like I got hit in my right side of my face with a baseball bat :( NOT a good feeling when I am getting on a plane,” LeAnn tweeted Saturday. “For all my fans at Wendover [Nevada] last night [Friday], the show will be rescheduled, not a canceled show. WORST way ever to kick off a tour…..under anesthesia and a massive infection. Well, onward and upward. It can only get better from here!!!”

LeAnn said she was forced to head to the emergency room at 3 a.m. after suffering from the “dental nightmare.”

On Sunday, she wrote, “I’m finally in great hands and being well taken care of … needless to say, I’m resting today. Thank you all for your support and understanding. The last 10 months of pain are hard for me to wrap my head around. I’m sure it’s difficult for you all to understand too. Let’s just pray I’m on the mend. I’ll see you all on the road very soon.”
