Is it really happening this weekend? Are Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie really getting married this weekend?
Well, according to the U.K.’s Sun newspaper they are!
BUT Brad’s rep tells The Insider they are NOT getting married this weekend. The TV show tweeted this morning, “Brad Pitt’s rep tells theinsider.com that rumors of a weekend wedding to Angelina Jolie are NOT true #NowYouKnow“
According to the Sun, there’s buzz around the couple’s home in France that a wedding will be this weekend, since preparations for a blow-out bash seem to be underway. “The bash is said to be for Jane and Bill [Pitt]’s 50th wedding anniversary — but locals think otherwise,” reports the newspaper.
“Brad flew in to oversee preparations but they’re all here now,” says a source. “They say it’s for Jane and Bill, but some think this could be it. Even Angelina’s private jeweler is here.”
The paper claims Angelina’s jeweler and George Clooney are coming, so it would seem strange that it would be for Brad’s parents’ anniversary.
Regardless, let’s see how it plays out over the weekend!
