Sofia Vergara and her longtime on-off-on beau Nick Loeb are engaged!

Wonderwall is reporting that Nick gave Sofia an engagement ring last weekend in Mexico, where she celebrated her 40th birthday with friends and family. (She turns 40 today.)

“She is engaged,” a source close to Sofia tells Wonderwall.

Sofia was photographed Monday celebrating the birthday of close friend Fernando Fiore, with whom she worked on the show Fuera Serie. In the above photo he tweeted, Sofia is seen with a diamond ring on her engagement finger.

Reps for Sofia and Nick have not yet commented.
