Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are divorcing!
“This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family,” Katie’s lawyer Jonathan Wolfe tells People. “Katie’s primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter’s best interest.”
The Rock of Ages star, 49, and Katie, 33, married in November 2006 in an Italian castle. They have daughter Suri, 6.
It was Katie’s first marriage and the third for Tome, who previously was married to Nicole Kidman and Mimi Rogers.
