Could a child custody battle be looming between Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise?
Katie filed the divorce documents in NYC Thursday,citing “irreconcilable differences” — and she’s asking for sole legal custody and “primary residential custody” of Suri, 6.
Tom was also supposedly blindsided by Katie’s filing and “very sad” about the split, according to TMZ. And because he was surprised by the move, there is also some “nastiness” involved.”
The divorce documents also reveals that Katie is asking for a “suitable amount” of child support, and a division of property, BUT there is a prenup between the two.
