Britney Spears’ wedding has been postponed due to her legal battle with ex-manager Sam Lutfi.
Why? Well, first off, Lutfi is suing Britney for breach of contract, and her lawyers have advised her to push back her summer wedding to fiancee, Hollywood agent Jason Trawick, until after the lawsuit’s September trial, according to RadarOnline.
Since she’s currently under conservatorship, she won’t be called to testify. But if she married, she’ll be considered competent enough to marry, and therefore, able to testify. So, her lawyers want the wedding to take place after the lawsuit is settled.
