Katy Perry‘s personal life may be a bit in shambles, following her split from Russell Brand, but her fans are clamoring for her music more than ever before.
According to Billboard, Katy’s track “The One That Got Away” has now become the sixth No. 1 song from her album “Teenage Dream” on the Pop Songs chart.
Katy’s other tracks on the chart include, “California Gurls,” “Firework,” “E.T.,” “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.),” and “Teenage Dream.”
A Capitol records exec told Billboard the chart-topping success is “tremendous recognition for one of the most talented artists in the world.” Another exec chimed in, “We couldn’t be happier for Katy…No artist has worked harder and deserves (the honor) more than Katy.”
